The Land Search Group is an independent company with two directors who between them have over 40 years experience in the property and land industry. Due to our friendly and honest approach we have increased our company’s coverage to include twelve counties in the south of England.

Our knowledge of the property market and the overall development process enables us to provide an informed and professional approach to property development opportunities.

We work differently to most other land agents in a number of ways. The company offers a comprehensive service which includes the help of professional advisors; architects, planning consultants, arboculturists and highways experts. We believe this enables us to maximise the value of your land or property.

The company has negotiated transactions from single building plots through to much bigger complex developments with land values worth millions of pounds. There is nothing that is too big or too small. In addition we are familiar with your local authority so understand how they operate and their policies on planning issues.

We have already got you a buyer…… Over the last fourteen years we have had dealings with around fifty plus local and national builders/developers who have immediate funds available. They are always looking to purchase land or property. We do not take a fee, all our services are free to you. Our fees are paid by our retained client (purchaser) for the introduction to the land or property.
